With the SMART Learning Suite Online app for Microsoft Teams teachers have access to all the engaging lessons and interactive content including game-based learning, formative assessment, and collaborative workspaces of SMART Learning Suite Online from right within Teams with or without a SMART Board®. In this session, learn how to use these tools together to engage students during remote/hybrid instruction.

During Kris’ 10-year tenure as a high school science teacher, she focused on the use of technology to enhance learning outcomes with a focus on science instruction for non-native language learners. Kris joined the SMART team in 2011, where she keeps strategic accounts informed about new trends and the future of SMART products and SMART’s strategic direction.
Marybeth Jones, Education Sales Consultant, SMART Technologies
Marybeth supports the implementation of SMART products in local classrooms and is a key point of contact at SMART for schools and districts in the northeast, offering advice and recommendations about the placement and purchase of SMART solutions, and professional development. Marybeth brings a unique background consisting of 4+ years of education, curriculum writing, and assessment technology experience, combined with 2+ years in technical sales.
Chrissy Rebert, VP of Global Instructional Solutions, Teq
Chrissy began her career as a Third Grade Teacher in Arizona and has worked with school districts all over the US and Canada, defining best practices and resources, as well as working with product development teams to build a technology pipeline to support districts in successfully achieving their learning goals. As the VP of Global Instructional Solutions at Teq, she is responsible for overall business development and effectively implementing solutions for districts all over the US and working at the state/government level to collaborate on educational initiatives. She supports OTIS -- Teq’s online professional development, instructional solutions, and the effective implementation of technologies offered by Teq to districts education systems globally.
Geri Gillespy, Ed.D, Program Manager 2, Microsoft EDU Customer Engagement Team
Prior to her role at Microsoft, Geri Gillespy, Ed.D. was the Administrator of Digital Integration in the largest district in Idaho. Her Digital Integration team supported the implementation, training, and evaluation of technology integration at all levels, K-12 throughout the district. Geri has been in education for over 23 years as a Teacher, Academic Coach, Vice-Principal, Principal, and District Administrator K-12. She is currently working with the Education Engagement Team at Microsoft connecting the engineering products teams with EDU customers. She works with districts, boards, and other school organizations all over the world to assist leaders, educators, and other administrative staff using Microsoft products to support teaching and learning. She was a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert Fellow and Trainer and was awarded the ISTE Make it Happen award for Leadership in Educational Technology at the NCCE 2018 conference. She earned her Ed.D. in Executive Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction focusing on systematic integration of technology in education. She was a member of the T3 Council and a National NCCE Professional Learning Specialist and speaker.
