How to integrate data and instruction

Newsela & NWEA Webinar

March 11 at 11 am ET

Join NYSCATE Corporate Council members Newsela and NWEA at 11 am ET on March 11 for this engaging hour-long webinar to discuss strategies and best practices for leveraging data to inform instruction.

COVID-19 has changed the way we teach, interact with families, and measure student growth. It is crucial to have trustworthy, actionable data for teachers and administrators to navigate unfinished learning.

What will you learn?

  • Discover how insights from MAP® Growth™ can provide trustworthy data for instructional and operational decision-making
  • See how Newsela supports teacher and student voices to drive engagement and growth
  • Understand how NWEA and Newsela work together to bring actionable data to life

Join Whitney O’Connell, Curricular Solution Architect, Newsela, Jeannie Oliver, Strategic Account Manager, NWEA, and Dr. Mark Linton, Staff Development Specialist, Arkport Central School District, Arkport, NY, to learn more about this innovative partnership in this webinar designed for NYSCATE members.

Audience:  District and school leaders, curriculum and instruction directors, principals, assessment and accountability directors, literacy directors, and ELA teachers
